Ask yourself these questions it may help with ideas.
What exactly is it?
What does it do?
How does it work?
How will i benefit from this product if i bought it?
Where would i get it from if i wanted to buy it?
What would really make this product appealing to me?
etc

and try to base your ideas off of something more specific that has to do with product. Cartoons sound good (sorry can’t help you with how on that), but how would you make it work with your product?Asking myself questions and trying to see it from the other persons point of view [in your case, the customer's..] usually helps me out a lot.
